A user account is required, and You must be approved by Us as either an Authorized Dealership or Verified Private Seller to list vehicles for sale on Our website.
You are expected to behave ethically and legally while using Our website and its services. This includes avoiding defamation, harassment, or any activity that violates others' rights. You agree not to use Our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to impersonating another person or entity, or posting content that is harmful, abusive, or offensive.
Each listing must be approved by Us before it is published on Our website.
You are expected to post accurate and truthful information about vehicles, including condition, mileage, and any known defects. Spam listings, misleading information, or content that violates intellectual property rights will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of access to certain features of Our website and its services.
We will ONLY issue refunds at Our sole discretion or if We've approved Your listing by mistake and then removed it right away. Listings that are removed by You, or that are removed because they are not reaffirmed by You within the reaffirmation period, are not eligible for refunds.
We may terminate or suspend Your right to use and access certain features of Our website and its services without prior notice, or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, Your right to use certain features of Our website and its services will cease immediately.
Vehicle sales are between buyers and sellers, and Our website and marketplace is not responsible for the outcome of a sale.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall We be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, damages for loss of data or other information, damages for business interruption, damages for personal injury or loss of privacy, or damages in any way related to, the use of, or inability to use, Our website and its services or third-party software used with Our website and its services, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
